Hey Everyone, it’s officially the holiday season and time is just flying by. Last month did not go the way I hoped — productivity-wise when it comes to the blog anyway, but it’s a new month, a new beginning of sorts and energized and ready to kick of the second to last month of 2021. If you’ve been on the blog lately, you’ll see that it’s been a minute since I posted anything new. It wasn’t planned, believe me, but happened anyway so this month, I’m sharing a few of my goals for the rest of the year. It was fun when I did it in September and I like occasionally sharing a little more about what’s going on with me with all of you. So today I’m sharing my November 2021 Goals.

My Goals For The Month Of November Are:
Spend At Least 3 Hours A Week Researching Grad Programs & Additional Career Paths: When I went to school for business, I always saw myself going back as a way to build upon my knowledge and skills, but I didn’t want to go back to school just to to “go to school” so while saving and exploring different career paths that build off of my degree, I’ve also been going to webinars and researching programs. It’s been a fun learning process to learn more about career paths that are lesser known as well as the programs that combine multiple areas of interest or fields of study. I’m no closer to deciding, but I’m enjoying the process and learning opportunities.
Find 2 New Exercises For Each Part Of The Body I Want To Work Out and Incorporate Them Into My Routine: I’ve been having trouble completely my workout routine consistently, and it’s something I want to stick to because I’m trying to be healthier overall so I want to create a new workout plan with some new exercises to make working out fun or at least something other than monotonous. Working out on a good day energizes me so I want to keep that going for the month and hopefully set a good trend for the new year
Spend 30 Mins a day working on a new skill I want To Learn: When the pandemic first happened it seemed as if everyone was picking up a new hobby, or making time for a long forgotten love of something, and I was no different. Well, I wanted that to be the case, I had things I wanted to do, but I felt like I could be working on the blog, social media content or something else I deemed more important at the time. Have you ever done that? Nevertheless the things I wanted to do haven’t changed and have been on my wishlist of things for at least two years so I’m dedicating 30 minutes everyday to one of these tasks with 60 days left to 2021, that’s 30 hours and I don’t know about you, but I wholeheartedly believe a lot can be done during that time and I am excited about the idea of progress, now I just have to make it a reality.

Fine tune Health Food Options Meal Plan: I’m pretty used to eating whatever I want without a second thought, but I’ve always tried to balance it out with healthy options, like homemade salads smoothies, fruits as snacks, but for the past year, I’ve haven’t been quite so careful about the balance of food I’m feeding my body and that’s something I’d like to get back to. My goal is create a healthy meal plan for myself including snacks with several options for each meal of the day. I’ll still be eating junk food occasionally because I love a Shake Shake Burger and desserts when possible, I’d love to eat healthier overall and workout to keep fit.
Create & Complete A Weekly Blog Tasks List & See How Much You Accomplish By The End Of The Month: As I said at the beginning of this blog post, if you look back you’ll see I hadn’t posted anything before this for a few weeks. It wasn’t planned, but I wasn’t happy with the lack of creativity, productivity, whatever you want to call it. If you’ve been following me on Instagram or here on the blog, you know it’s been a crazy journey for, especially with all the mindset work that I’ve done over the past few years. Nevertheless, I’ve always had big plans for the Sitting Beauty Brand so this month to get things done. I’m starting with 5 weekly goals, 3 must-do and 2 additional ones that I’d like to get done. I’m hoping this really ups my progress. I’m excited about this and the potential progress, but if it works for me I might apply it to other areas of my life, but we’ll see.
I still can’t believe it’s November and the holiday season is already here, but if look in some places, Christmas has been here for awhile, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to make some more progress on your goals for this year. I’m hopeful and excited about the holiday season for several reasons that have nothing to do with working on my content or grad school, but I’m excited to make progress here too. I know I said I wouldn’t necessarily be sharing my goals monthly, but since there’s only one month left to the year after this, I’m going to share my progress on these goals and how I’m going to wrap up 2021.
Did you set goals for this month? If you’ve made any progress, let me know in the comments.
